4. After know these information,the customer will come.And we need know the time when customers come,and how many days he will stay.Anyneeds we can do for them like book the hotel,arrange the car to pick up the customers from airport and etc.Must have a time concept.If you pickup from airport or go to the hotel to accept the customer,confirm the time and place to meet.And arrived there before the agreed time.
5. One or two days In advance to clean the office,plastic workshop,metal workshop,wooden workshop, etc so that to welcome the customers to visit,and left a good impression.
6. Ready to visit and negotiate what you need to use, such as indoor playground catalog, water, coffee, calculator, sample(galvanized pipe,foampipe,PVC,plastic part), ruler, notebook, stapler, etc.
7.  prepare some candy, fruit, biscuits and other snacks in the meeting room.
